The mission of the Fundació Èxit is to reduce the number of young people in a situation of social vulnerability leaving school early through innovative and scalable projects that make up an itinerary and add value to companies, enhance networking and promoting employment. The TNC collaborates with the E-Duo project to train young people in the range of career opportunities offered by the world of theatre.
