• How to know if the hearing aid or implant is compatible with the magnetic loop?
  You must adjust the hearing aid or implant to position T to access the magnetic loop. If you are not sure the system has this feature and/or you don't know how to activate it, consult your hearing care professional or hearing center.
• In which areas of the Sala Gran can the magnetic loop be used?
  The magnetic loop works in all seats between rows 4 and 22.
• Is there simultaneous translation or performances added comments?
  The TNC has accessible features with captioning, audio description, touch tour and visual guides. Relaxed performances, experienced performances with vibrating backpack and sign language interpretation will also be offered.
  
  In no case the magnetic loop is considered as an audio description system for blind people.
