- Where can I buy tickets?
How can I create a user’s account via internet?
To access the ticket sales system you need to create a user account. Enter here and click on "Sign up". You only need to write your e-mail, choose a password and complete the fields with your details.
If you already receive communications from the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya you already have an account. If you have forgotten your password, you need to ask for a new one. Click on "Retrieve password?" and we will send a new one to your e-mail, which you can change from Personal area.
How can I retrieve my password?
If you need help resetting your password, we can help by sending you a link to reset it. Click on "Retrieve password?" and we will send a new one to your e-mail, which you can change from Personal area.
How can I modify the details of my account?
You can modify the personal details of the account through which you have bought the season ticket in the section "Personal area".
How can I apply the promotional code buying tickets?
If you have a promotional code, after selecting a location and clicking the "Continue" button, a drop–down menu will appear with the title "Do you have a promotional code?", where you should enter the code (without spaces and in capital letters) and click in «Validate».
How can I buy tickets with the Bonus Cultura and until when?
To buy tickets with the Bonus Cultura, you must first validate the voucher by clicking on 'Do you have a gift card or Bono Cultura?' on the TNC's website. Once validated, you can exchange it for tickets to any show of the 2020-2021 season. You can validate your Bonus Cultura until 31 December 2022. Once validated, you can exchange it for tickets until 17 July 2022.
How can I print my tickets?
Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation message at your e-mail confirming that your order has been successfully processed and with a link to print the tickets.
Can I bring the tickets on my mobile?
You can come to the TNC with your tickets on your mobile. In the purchase confirmation email, we attach your tickets in an optimal format to take them to your mobile phone.

What do I have to do in case of cancellation?
If a performance is cancelled, you can change the tickets for another day, another production, or ask for a refund. To do so, please contact the Theatre box office by calling 933 065 720 or by the email email@example.com .
The deadline for changes (only for productions in the current season) and returns is 60 days from the cancellation.
