  • Where can I buy tickets?
    You can buy tickets via Internet, through the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya app (iOS ro Android), by calling 933 065 720, at the TNC box office  and at the box office of Tiquet Rambla.
  • How can I create a user's account via Internet?
    To access the ticket sales system you need to create a user account. Enter here and click on "Sign in now". You only need to write your e-mail, choose a password and complete the fields with your details.

    If you already receive communications from the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya you already have an account. If you have forgotten your password, you need to ask for a new one. Click on "Have you forgotten your password?" and we will send a new one to your e-mail, which you can change from your user account.
  • How can I modify the details of my account?
    You can modify the personal details of the account through which you have bought the season ticket in the section "Profile" under "My account".
  • Can I change the seats allocated by the sales program?
    The program will select the best seats available. If you want to change your seat, click on "See / Change my seats". The seating plan will be uploaded and you will be able to choose from the seats available. Once selected click on "Change your selection".
  • How can I print my tickets?
    Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation message at your e-mail confirming that your order has been successfully processed and with a link to your personal area. To print the tickets you only need to enter the section "Order history".
  • Can I bring the tickets on my mobile?
    You can come to the TNC with your tickets on your mobile, whether you have bought them through the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya app or online.
  • Can I change my tickets?
    The entry acquisition represents an acceptance of its conditions and once acquired it can not be changed, nor will be amount returned.

  • What do I have to do in case of cancellation?
    If a performance is cancelled, you can change the tickets for another day, another production, or ask for a refund. To do so, please contact the Theatre box office by calling 933 065 720 or in person.

    The deadline for changes (only for productions in the current season) and returns is 60 days from the cancellation.
