An incredibly beautiful story about three women whose lives are inextricably intertwined
The Hours transports us to the lives of three women in three different moments of the 20th century. A book publisher, a housewife and a writer, the renowned Virginia Woolf, struggle to answer the same question: how can you be yourself in a world as restrained as a straitjacket?
This production by the ITA-Ensemble is an intimate portrait of three characters desperately searching for freedom. Bringing women from different eras to the stage raises questions about the current level of emancipation and the role patterns concealed in the depths of our culture.
This show is part of the Festival Grec Barcelona 2025
