TNC Weekend Pro
TNC Weekend Pro
On 13 and 14 February, the TNC is holding the third edition of the TNC Weekend Pro with the aim of expanding its productions beyond Catalan-speaking territories.
This international meeting aims to position the TNC as a point of reference for artistic creation and the performance of shows in southern Europe.
The meeting consists of two days in which creators programmed at the TNC during this 2025/2026 season and next season, 2026/2027, will explain their projects through presentations in English and audiovisual resources. At the same time, invited programmers will have the opportunity to attend the shows at the Sala Gran and the Sala Petita, subtitled in English: Maria Magdalena, by Michael De Cock, Carme Portaceli and Inés Boza, directed by Carme Portaceli; and La reina lloba, by Pau Carrió based on William Shakespeare.
The TNC Weekend Pro now has over thirty confirmed international theatre and festival programmers representing the following internationally renowned institutions: ZKM Theater (Zagreb), the Internationaal Theater Amsterdam, Sfumato Sofia, Centro Dramático Galego (Santiago de Compostela), Katona József Theater (Budapest), International Theatre Institute Georgia, JK Opole Theatre, Istanbul Theatre Festival, Théâtre International du Luxembourg/UTE, Le Quai-CDN-Angers, Studio Theatregallery Warsaw, Théâtre de la Ville (Paris), Théâtre Nanterre Amandiers (Nanterre), Théâtre des 13 vents (Marseille), YPAL/ Festival Faraway, Teatros del Canal (Madrid), KVS (Brussels), Théâtre National Wallonie (Brussels), Teatri di Bari, Piccolo Teatro di Milano, Teatro d’Europa (Milan), Athens Epidaurus Festival, UNIMA Georgia and Domaine d'O (Montpellier).
