A scandal of dirty tricks, corruption and endless disputes

Focusing on the origins of capitalism in Spain and its close relationship with the royal family, the playwright Joan Yago returns to the TNC to present Breve historia del ferrocarril español, a documentary theatre show that takes a mocking and evidently political stance.

Almost two centuries separate the first journey of the Madrid-Aranjuez railway and the opening of the AVE high speed train to Mecca; almost two hundred years in which everything has changed and everything remains as it was. An exercise in memory that can also become an exercise in justice.
