Mary Shelley's masterpiece about one of the most famous monsters in history that shows the darkness of a society incapable of assuming difference.

In 1818, Mary Shelley gave everlasting life to her famous monster, who with his organic multiplicity would become a fundamental myth of the new contemporary society, in the form of a profound fresh approach to identity constructs in the new world marked by industrialisation and reorganisation of the powers that be.

Two hundred years after the first publication of the novel, the director Carme Portaceli brings the story of this modern Prometheus to the stage with dramaturgy by Guillem Morales (director and scriptwriter of the award-winning film Los ojos de Julia) that explores the darkest terrains of the wounded humanity of the myth.
