19h Performance of La corona d’espines

Don’t be put off by the classics. From the nobility depicted by Sagarra to today’s society, power and image have never gone out of fashion. We talk about this with Bernat Reher and Mar Vallverdú from the perspective of La corona d'espines.

PhD candidate from the Universitat de Girona in the Josep Pla Chair. Graduate in Humanities from the UPF and master’s degree in Cultural Management from the UOC. He works in theatre and in the publishing sector, writes and contributes to different media outlets such as the podcast Mentrimentres.

Journalist, cultural communicator, and, above all, internet resident. She currently works at Radio Primavera Sound, where you'll find her coordinating social media, interviewing artists in the festival, and presenting her own podcast, Radio Noia, where she analyses niche online trends and theorises about new concepts. She also expresses her opinions on the programme La Turra, presented by Alba Riera, where she occasionally contributes to the section "La Tabarra".

Oedipus and Antigone remind us that the commitment to truth and justice is the most radical act of activism. We talk about democracy and social commitment with Eudald Espluga and Albert Lloreta and then attend the show directed by Carlota Subirós Èdip & Antígona.

Degree in Philosophy and master’s degree in Communication and Cultural Studies from the Universitat de Girona. Philosopher, writer and arts journalist. He contributes to diverse media outlets such as FrondeEl SaltoPlayGroundVice, RAC1, Radio Primavera Sound and Núvol. He is the author of Rebeldes. Una historia ilustrada del poder de la gente (Lumen), illustrated by Miriam Persand, and No seas tú mismo (2021, Paidós), an enlightening essay about digital fatigue and contemporary malaise.  

Audiovisual filmmaker, member and founder of the audiovisual cooperative Bonobo Films. He works in the fields of social and cultural documentaries, music videos, and audiovisual production as a tool for social transformation, as well as on podcasts and vlogs, with a special interest in issues inherent to digital culture.
