Despite the apparent ingenuity seemingly suggested by the childhood echoes of the expression "sol solet", the title of this drama refers to the painful solitude that has shaped the personality of Jon, who will find himself immersed in a triangle of poorly resolved passions that will bring the irresolvable contradictions of the human soul to the surface.

The director Carlota Subirós returns to the theatre of Àngel Guimerà to submerge herself this time in one of his most turbulent and least known plays, in which the powerful sexual vitality of its protagonist leads to the birth of one of the most fascinating female characters in Catalan drama.
