When we invert our gaze, nothing is ever quite the same again

Eight acrobats and a musician play and defy gravity through acrobatic balances, forcing us to reconsider what we think is unidirectional. Their bodies intertwine, blurring the boundaries between up and down, right and left, forwards and backwards.

Tenet invites us to invert our gaze in order to question reality and explore how the world changes when we look at it from a different angle. Because, once the perspective is inverted... nothing is ever quite the same again.

Tenet qüestiona allò que donem per evident, allò que veiem. Però, com funciona l’ull? Quina diferència hi ha entre veure, mirar i observar?


A través del llenguatge acrobàtic juguem a invertir perspectives, a sostenir-nos per explorar nous punts de vista, a posar-nos en el lloc de l’altre. Ens adonem que quan la mirada es desplaça, de sobte, tot canvia.


Som vuit acròbates i un músic que explorem l’equilibri —físic i emocional— com a metàfora de la convivència entre diferents, on cap visió és millor ni més important que l’altra. Creiem que la diversitat de percepcions no ens separa, sinó que ens enriqueix.


Un cop capgirem la mirada, res torna a ser exactament igual.
