Alícia en un món real

Alicia must go through the mirror to find herself.

Crazy, thoughtless, neuroanarchic, addicted to tragedy, with the vocation of a Calimera, Alicia is "happy" in her chaos and daily stress. But what happens when a diagnosis stops her world and changes it?

New realities appear: the chosen family that will take care of her, the traps surrounding her illness, and the firmness that turns us into impatient protagonists eager to govern our lives instead of patients with a reference number.

Irony, sarcasm, complicity, tenderness… all the elements of a good tragicomedy emanate from this group of friends who, past fifty, parody themselves and bring us closer to a reality that may also be ours or that of someone we love. Inevitably, Alicia will have to pass through the mirror to find herself.

When virtuality surrounds and distorts us, theater represents a living and powerful tool that gives us a perspective on reality. Our Alicia, mirrored in Lewis Carroll’s, is “happy” in her chaos and daily stress. But what happens when her world stops and changes?

We discover new realities: the chosen family that will take care of herself, the traps surrounding the illness, and the firmness that makes us impatient protagonists eager to govern our lives instead of patients with a reference number.
