Service letters

The service charter presented below outlines the services of the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya (hereinafter, “TNC”).

It includes quality commitments, as well as the indicators and tools for performance evaluation. It also sets out the rights and duties of citizens to access the services, the channels for complaints, and the established compensation or redress measures.
