Requirements to exercise the right of withdrawal:

The contract must have been made remotely (via Internet or phone).
It must be exercised within 14 days of the contracting date.
 

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Tickets for shows, workshops, and recreational activities.
Digital subscriptions and tickets.
Season passes.
Gift vouchers.
 

The right of withdrawal does apply to:

Sale of books and merchandise.
Courses (if the course has started, you may still withdraw, but you must pay for the portion of services already provided).
