What is the right of withdrawal?

It is the consumer's right to withdraw from a contract made outside of a commercial establishment (such as purchases made by phone or online) within 14 days from the moment of contracting.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets for cultural shows and recreational activities, nor to subscriptions for digital content. These types of products/services are exceptions that do not allow the exercise of this right.
Therefore, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal when purchasing tickets for shows, recreational activities, or subscriptions to digital content.
 

Requirements to exercise the right of withdrawal:

The contract must have been made remotely (via Internet or phone).
It must be exercised within 14 days of the contracting date.
 

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Tickets for shows, workshops, and recreational activities.
Digital subscriptions and tickets.
Season passes.
Gift vouchers.
 

The right of withdrawal does apply to:

Sale of books and merchandise.
Courses (if the course has started, you may still withdraw, but you must pay for the portion of services already provided).
